About Momma Couture
"After my oldest turned one, I felt a strong desire to start using my own handbags again, but also needed to carry my daughter's essentials with me. After trying to transform my own handbags into carryalls and not being able to find the right fit or ruining more than one bag I decided it was time to design bags that meet the needs I have as a mom, who is always on the go, and a girl that just wants to carry a nice bag."
Rashmi Budhram founded Momma Couture in 2008 after working in corporate America for over 10 years in sales, marketing and new product development for companies ranging from small to Fortune 50.
Rashmi lives in Brooklyn with her husband Arjune, handbag loving daughter Anjali and son Arin.
